The Council on Aging of Etowah County (COA) is a non-profit organization that was started in 1987 by United Way. COA's Mission is to enhance the quality of life of aging persons in Etowah County. In order to achieve our mission, we focus on providing programs and services that are needed in our community. Our programs and services include: Be Active Campaign, Senior Outreach Program, Dental Assistance Program, Fraud Fighters Initiative - Help Coalition
